Shipping & Returns
PLEASE read our product descriptions thoroughly. I work very hard to write clear and concise descriptions that contain the information necessary to avoid issues and allow you to make an informed purchase. Most issues are easily avoided by a thorough read of the item's listing and examination of the photos. As mentioned clearly on each shop page, you may contact us anytime with questions about each item.
*Items are hand fabricated and may include imperfections. Cast jewelry by its nature may include imperfections including minor pitting.
I reserve the right to adjust product pricing & shipping costs at anytime without warning to adapt to current supply and services pricing.
I currently offer worldwide shipping through the United States Postal Service Priority and First Class Services. The USPS service is the assumed by your local postage company in your country of origin. For ALL shipments, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss. International purchasers are responsible for any additional import or custom fees.
Horsehair jewelry pieces are custom made to order and require 5-6 weeks to produce before shipment. Longer times are required if products are made of gold. Items may ship earlier. Shipping items through the mail is a risk that is assumed by the purchaser. The whole tail is not required for the majority of the items. Please review the hair requirements listed on each item for specific requirements.
Horsehair Items are shipped USPS Priority or First Class without additional insurance unless another carrier is requested by the customer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform me if additional insurance is required.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
If you need to make a change to your order, (shipping address, product quantity, or product), please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com so that we can make adjustments. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify or cancel your order before it ships.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a small artisan business, I am not able to take responsibility and replace or refund lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email me as soon as possible at email@example.com to let us know. Please include photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise and packaging for our reference.nFor domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, I am typically able to partially refund or repair the order at my expense.
All custom horsehair items are nonrefundable. Bracelets are made to the measurements and fit that you specify, please take care to measure correctly. Jennifer Metesh Studios is not responsible for shipping to and from the studio if adjustments need to be made.
All custom hand engraved jewelry items are nonrefundable.
Hand engraved ready to ship jewelry is subject to return with the stipulations below.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return.
Approved returns must be received by Jennifer Metesh Studios Shop within 10 days of making the return request. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
All returned items must be received by Jennifer Metesh Studios in their original, salable condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any items showing signs of use will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
Upon receipt by Jennifer Metesh Studios of approved and returned merchandise customer will receive a refund to original purchaser’s method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Jennifer Metesh Studios
