Turnaround Time

Current Turnaround Time is Approximately: 2-3 Months 

I recently had my first daughter in October 2025. Making your treasured keepsakes is very important to me, however I need to prioritize my new little one.  Please be patient while I navigate the newborn stage.

Turnaround time may fluctuate depending on quantity of orders in line, which can change rapidly. I try to keep times as updated as possible, but please be flexible. Heirloom quality pieces take time to create. 

I pride myself on creating a positive, trusting experience when you choose me to create a special keepsake for you.  Each and every order is made solely by me with great care. I've spent the last 5 plus years honing my craft. In that time, I've learned the importance of slowing down and focusing on al the small details to create the finest product I can. I enjoy taking the time to connect with you and read about you and the memories you share of your horse. 

With Jennifer Metesh Studios being a one-woman operation who also lives on a farm, and is a new mom, there are a lot of hats I have to wear to keep things moving forward. That means I'm not able to spend all day solely making keepsakes. Turnaround time will vary depending on the amount of orders in line and items are completed in the order in which they are received.

Rush orders are temporarily suspended.
