This horsehair keepsake contains your horse's hair set under oval glass in a carrick bend knot in a handcrafted sterling silver hook and eye style bracelet. The back plate has the option to be hand engraved with an initial or a name.
Sizing: The large oval glass cabochon measures 18mmx25mm. The small measures 13x18mm.

Hair Requirements: Please send a bundle of mane or tail hair the width of a pencil and at least 8 inches long. For photos of width, please see the link to my hair guide at the bottom of this page.

All horsehair keepsake sales are final. Bracelets are made to the measurements and fit that you specify, please take care to measure correctly. Jennifer Metesh Studios is not responsible for shipping to and from the studio if adjustments need to be made.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Horsehair jewelry pieces are custom made to order and require 3-4 weeks to produce before shipment. 6-8 weeks to produce if products are made of gold. Items may ship earlier.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
Horsehair Items are shipped USPS Priority unless another carrier is requested by the customer.
ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
If you need to make a change to your order, (shipping address, product quantity, or product), please contact us as soon as possible at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com so that we can make adjustments. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify or cancel your order before it ships.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com.
Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com to let us know. Please include photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise and packaging for our reference.
For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or repair the order at our expense.
RETURNS
All custom horsehair items are nonrefundable.
