This handcrafted keepsake bracelet offers a timeless way to preserve a meaningful connection to your beloved horse. Your provided hair is carefully arranged beneath glass, creating a deeply personal keepsake designed to be treasured for years to come.

Glass Sizes

Choose from two oval glass settings to suit your preference:

• Large Oval: 18 × 25 mm

• Small Oval: 13 × 18 mm

The coin pictured is approximately the size of a dime, providing a visual reference for scale.

Hairwork Options

Choose between two traditional hairwork designs:

• Lover’s Knot: An intricate, interwoven braid.

• Basket Weave: A classic woven pattern.

Custom Sizing

Each bracelet is made to order according to your wrist measurement. You will receive an emailed instruction sheet explaining how to measure your wrist accurately.

Personalization Options

• Laser Engraving: +$50

• Hand Engraving: Starting at $75

• Stone Setting: Starting at $75

Hand engraving and stone-setting services are billed separately.

Hair Requirements

Suitable for horsehair (mane or tail) or pet fur.

• Lover’s Knot: A bundle of hair approximately the thickness of a standard Sharpie marker and 4–8 inches long.

• Basket Weave: A bundle of hair at least 4 inches long.

For braided hairwork, please ensure the entire bundle meets the required minimum length. Any unused hair will be returned with your finished keepsake.

Presentation

Each keepsake arrives in its own presentation package, ready to be treasured or gifted.

As with all artisan-made pieces, minor variations and imperfections may occur, reflecting the individual nature of the crafting process.

Free USPS Priority shipping on horsehair purchases over $350.00. Horsehair purchases under $350.00 ship USPS Priority at the buyers expense.

All horsehair keepsake sales are final. Bracelets are made to the measurements and fit that you specify, please take care to measure correctly. Jennifer Metesh Studios is not responsible for shipping to and from the studio if adjustments need to be made. 

SHIPPING DETAILS
Horsehair jewelry pieces are custom made to order and require 3-4 weeks to produce before shipment. 6-8 weeks to produce if products are made of gold. Items may ship earlier. 

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

Horsehair Items are shipped USPS Priority unless another carrier is requested by the customer. 

ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION 
If you need to make a change to your order, (shipping address, product quantity, or product), please contact us as soon as possible at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com so that we can make adjustments. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify or cancel your order before it ships.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com. 

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com to let us know. Please include photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise and packaging for our reference.

For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or repair the order at our expense.

RETURNS

All custom horsehair items are nonrefundable.
